ProfileTEITI is the government body implementing EITI in Tanzania, established by the Tanzania Extractive Industries (Transparency and Accountability) Act, 2015. Its multi-stakeholder Committee (government, extractive companies, civil society, chaired independently) verifies and publicly accounts for extractive-sector revenue; its Secretariat, HQ'd in Dodoma, publishes annual EITI reconciliation reports (the hub already holds the 2022-2023 report as a source-document) disclosing company-by-company mining-sector payments and production. A TEITI report row is a disclosure reconciliation, not an audited compliance certification. It sits alongside the Mining Commission under the Ministry of Minerals.Single source
