Azerbaijani state gold-mining company. It also replaced the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources as the Azerbaijani party to Anglo Asian Mining plc's 1997 Production Sharing Agreement, so it is a contracting party on Gedabek as well as an operator in its own right. Named in the SPMTP 2024 and 2025 Azerbaijan LSM supplier map against 'Tulallar'.
