Mining group founded 1982 by Juan Rassmuss Echecopar. Named in the SPMTP 2024 and 2025 Chile LSM supplier map against 'Cemin Pullali'. In April 2026 the group entered an extrajudicial reorganisation (procedimiento concursal), agreed 16 April 2026, committing to an orderly sale of assets including the Pullalli plant and mine.
