Formed in 2004 by local coffee miners, who organised to obtain a registered mining title and official licences from the Colombian government. The first Colombian hard-rock mine to obtain Fairmined certification, in 2014, recertified since; 31 members and 72 workers reported, supporting about 450 people. Underground vein mining alongside coffee cultivation; offices at Pacarni, about twenty minutes from Iquira. Appears in the SPMTP supplier map for Colombia in 2025 only.
