Established 1997. In June 2018 the Public Investment Fund increased its ownership to 65.44 percent. Its gold business names Ad Duwayhi (production from 2016, largest gold producer in the Kingdom), Al Amar (2009), Mahd adh-Dhahab (an ancient mine, modern production from 1988), Bulghah (2002), Al-Sukhaybarat, As-Suq (2014) and Mansourah-Massarah (initial production Q4 2022, the largest gold mine in Saudi Arabia). Appears in the SPMTP supplier map for Saudi Arabia across six sites in 2024 and five in 2025 (As Suq drops out in 2025).
