Granted by Xtract Resources Plc the exclusive right to mine and process hard-rock gold deposits on the Manica concession over ten years with an option to extend, and appointed independent mineral processing contractor. MMP finances and conducts the mining operations at Manica, including all capital and operating costs, Xtract receiving between 20% and 23% of the hard-rock after-tax operating cash flow depending on the gold price. MMP owns a 42,000 t/month hard-rock processing plant in the Manica region. First gold was poured at the Fair Bride hard-rock operation in July 2022. Appears in the SPMTP supplier map for Mozambique in 2024 ('Mutapa') and 2025 ('Manica').
