Managem holds 85% of SMM, in partnership with SOGUIPAMI (Societe Guineenne du Patrimoine Minier). SMM holds the Tri-K exploitation permit. Tri-K is an open pit north-east of Kankan in the Mandiana region, reserves about 1,565,000 ounces, target about 130,000 oz/y; first gold poured June 2021.
