TypeProducer organisationRelationships5Claims held5Checked2026-09First held2026-09

Yamana held El Penon and Minera Florida 100% indirectly until 31 March 2023, when Pan American Silver completed its acquisition of all issued and outstanding Yamana shares by plan of arrangement under the CBCA, Agnico Eagle Mines Limited having taken the Canadian assets. THE SPMTP ATTRIBUTION IS STALE: the platform's 2024 and 2025 Chile supplier map still names Yamana Gold Inc. against El Penon and Minera Florida, which by both of those years were Pan American Silver's.
