Its trade licence is the generic unregulated one; the ARES state register assigns it wholesale, retail, real-estate and consultancy NACE codes. Its own buy-back page states, in Czech, that it buys back only investment bars and coins and does NOT buy precious metals as jewellery, gold teeth, fragments, coin pieces or raw metal — which sits in direct tension with its appearance in the Swiss Precious Metals Transparency Platform's 2024 supplier map as a named party for RECYCLED gold from Czechia. It does NOT appear on the LBMA Good Delivery List for gold; no Czech entity appears on either list.
