A Swiss group in precious and non-precious metals processing, described in a regulated-issuer filing as "a global conglomerate specialized in precious and non-precious metals processing". Its refining arm, PX Precinox S.A., is the part of the group that appears on the LBMA Good Delivery List and that files the annual assurance reports the Hub reads. Philippe Chave has been co-CEO since 2013.

PX Impact is the group's own gold label, in its own words: "PX Impact est un label propre a PX Group". The group has been a supply member of the Swiss Better Gold Association since 2014, and it is one of the eleven participants in the Swiss Precious Metals Transparency Platform, which publishes sourcing data for metals processed in Switzerland.

ONE GOVERNANCE FACT THE HUB HOLDS BECAUSE IT IS UNUSUAL, and which is sourced to documents the companies published themselves rather than to any reading of them. The PX Impact Fund is administered by the Global Ecosystem Impact Foundation, which states that it does so autonomously. That foundation has a five-member board. Its chairman is PX Group's co-CEO, who also sits on the board of Dynacor Group, the label's co-founding company, and two further foundation board members are also Dynacor directors. Three of five seats are therefore held in common with the board of a co-founder. The Hub records the offices; whether an office confers control is the reader's inference to draw and not a claim the record makes.
